The North America headquarters is located in Lake Forest, CA, plus in 2007 a new distribution center was opened in Louisville, KY.

The driving force behind ScorpionExo is Jang Park, who has worked in the motorcycle industry for over 30 years in Europe, the US, South America and Asia. Known the world over for highly technical apparel assembly with world-class quality control, he teamed with top helmet engineers in 2002 to build a state of the art factory in China, using Korean sub-materials and expertise with both American and European designers. His number one goal is to supply premium products for motorcyclists at value prices.
